IT Management
- Project Management – manage software or hardware (computers, servers, phone, network, etc.) conversions/implementations, vendors, delivery of service or in-house IT support.
- IT Liaison - Our relationships with different partners (ex. Phone/data, cabling, phone systems, copiers) can solve any need that arises.
- Disaster Recovery – help plan and implement a disaster recovery plan that keeps your operation running in case of any unforeseen technology downtime.
- Strategic Guidance/Training – provide expert guidance to staff on all technical issues including systems and network design. Meet with staff to provide training and support as needed.
- Telecommunications Cost Reduction Analysis – examine existing phone and data plans and recommend improvements and cost savings. Work with vendors to modify existing service plans where necessary.
- Security analysis – provide recommendations and planning for all security needs including firewalls, content filtering, anti-virus, anti-spyware, anti-spam, patch management. Manage the implementation of the recommended solutions.
- Systems Analysis – analyze existing servers, desktops, peripherals and IT infrastructure. Make recommendations based on established organization goals and implement any improvements.
