Jason Koch has been working in IT for over 25 years in all aspects of the field. He took his love for IT and founded Dynamic Network Solutions in 1996 to serve the IT needs of his community. As a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, he is well-versed in administering enterprise level networks. On top of that he holds numerous other IT certifications. He holds a dual Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Psychology, and a Masters in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland.
Sam Chawkat has been in the IT management field for over 10 years. He originally worked for the federal government as a systems administrator before moving to Dynamic Network Solutions in 2006. From there he ran and grew the organization and expanded into markets into other states. Being well versed in technology infrastructures, he hosts webinars and manage projects for customers on technology planning, funding, new construction, and new projects.
Nick Kalapodis has over 14 years of experience in the Information Technology industry. In his eight years working with Dynamic Network Solutions, he has been a part of the customer service experience from being an IT consultant and interfacing daily with clients, to moving to managing client projects and identifying solutions to their needs, to management of DNS operations. As a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Nick brings experience and technical insight to client projects that would otherwise be missing from non-technical project managers.
Jeff Merrill has been in service management for over 6 years, specializing in process improvement, and consistent standards. He has managed teams in a variety of fields including Linux system admin, Windows system admin, Network Support, Field dispatch, Desktop Support, and Cyber Security, and uses this experience to bring a well-rounded approach to IT Management. Jeff is ITIL certified, ensuring industry best practices are followed.
