CIO/IT Managment Services

With our IT management services, offices like Straughan Evironmental Services, Inc. have bolstered their technology use and solved many technology challenges.  A big problem was the lack of dependable IT support so we took over the daily IT management and added a technology plan to take care all of the support and technology integration. Daily activities included asset managment, IT procurement, reoccuring strategy meetings, project management, and vendor management. With this support, they were able to focus on their core business functions and know that they are using the latest technology that will help them compete in today's economy.

Managed Support

Our support infrastructure was built to respond quickly, understand your goals, assist with training, proactively prevent problems and go the extra mile when necessary to keep your school running.  This solution has helped many offices like Burgundy Press.  By utilizing our managed services; daily, weekly and monthly IT tasks are automated and scheduled to ensure all tasks are completed and reported consistently without fail. Monthly costs are consistant so their office can predict an ongoing IT budget . Proactive managed services eliminate the scenario of calling and waiting for the "computer guy". Potential issues and problems are prevented. Their systems and staff have remained productive and working.  In the case where problems do occur, response times are often within minutes.  

Project Management

We have helped several offices with projects like productivity and IT infrastructure installations. Griffin Leahy Law needed an office setup with all the newest technology advances. Using our project management service, we setup a domain server, exchange server, several desktops, and printers. Also, we setup a remote connection so their staff could access their network from home.

To help offices like Burgundy Press, they used our project management services to setup Apple desktops/laptops to their network.  Previously, the Apple desktops/laptops were not setup to access the office network. With this setup they were able to connect several locations onto the same network, which allowed everyone to access the same document library and application data.  In addition, some productivity solutions were setup to establish efficiencies in their work environment.  First, they setup an office wide email exchange solution that included central email accounts, calendars, and address books that everyone in multiple locations could use.  Also, we setup instant messaging so they could initiate discussions without having to call or travel between offices.

Straughan Environmental Services, Inc. used our services to install a SharePoint Server. This improved office communication and scheduling by allowing a central portal for both to occur.
