With our project managed services, we have helped offices like Center for Ocular Reconstruction with many office enhancements and upgrades. For example, they had issues with slow network and internet speed. We replaced the main server and installed a new router which increased network and internet speed dramatically. Additionally, they had a problem with gaining access to the central database form a satellite location. We solved this by installing terminal services, a SSL connection and a firewall. This provided them with a fast secure connection that gave access to the central database from anywhere. Also, it reduces the cost of establishing a separate database and improves efficiency over a slow remote desktop solution.

Maryland Speech Therapy used our project management services to setup a customer internet cafe in their lobby. This provides a better customer service by allowing customers to surf the internet while they wait. Security and content filtering was installed to prevent access and system vulnerabilities due to this type of public network access.
